Flash Ramen was born from one obsession: bringing the spirit of Japan's most electric ramen culture to Quezon City. We didn't just open a restaurant — we built an experience you can feel from the moment you push open the door.

Every detail inside Flash Ramen is intentional — from the string of traditional Japanese lanterns overhead to the vibrant anime-inspired murals that surround you. The energy of Osaka's Dotonbori district comes alive on Scout Borromeo every night of the week.
